Ordering from our website is very simple. Once you have looked around and decided what you want you can click the "Add to Cart" button to place the item in your shopping cart. You can place multiple items in your cart at the same time.
To checkout, simply go to your cart and click the "Checkout" button. From there you will be asked to enter your details and will be given the option to create an account with us. (While creating an account is not required to purchase from our website we do recommend it as it allows you to log in and check the status of your orders as well as viewing any past orders you have made. It also means that we can store your address details so you won't have to enter them again the next time you are here.) Once you have entered your details you will be advised of the shipping costs and then sent to our secure payment processor to make the payment.
We use Paypal as our payment processor for the simple reason that it is easy and secure. Don't worry if you do not have a Paypal account, you won't need one. You can still just use your credit or debit card as with any other payment system.
When the payment is complete you will recieve two emails, the first to inform you of the details of your order and the second to inform you that the order has been paid for and confirmed.
At this point you will be able to return to our website to check the orders status, either by logging into your account or by following the link in your email.
We will then package and ship the item to you and change the order status to "Shipped".
You should then recieve your item in the post A.S.A.P.
Should you not recieve your item please contact us and state your order number.
